I just don't like the idea of being manipulated by someone by lies and
exaggerations. That's how people like PETA and others operate. If the article had
just said that 340 illegal turtles had been caught the people who did it had
been caught the article wouldn't have sounded so severe and wouldn't get the
press time the people who wrote it wanted. it's simply lying. As for the illegal
part, I agree it was wrong, inexcusable but 340 turtles is a far cry from 7000
and the article was very misleading.
