Todd's eloquent treatise on the morbidity & mortality of his Lake Erie tank
reminded me to post my own question. My bluespotted sunfish that I collected
in the Okefenokee 2.5 years ago died today. I collected him when he was full
grown and mature. How long do these guys live in aquaria? I've never kept
this species before so I've had no idea what to expect with how long he
would live.
