NANFA-- yellow cysts

I have a hornyhead chub that has about 20 yellowish cysts all over it's
body. The cysts are at verying depths in the fish ranging from on the
surface to buried deeply in the muscle. They do not seem to be bothering
the fish, as it just developed tubercles all over it's face (hence the name
'hornyhead', right?).

In case it mattes, I purchased the fish from a bait dealer in central
Wisconsin along with a bunch of other fish (no other hornyheads). None of
the other fish have these cysts.

Any ideas what they are? Do I need to treat them?
