Not in your part of the continent :-) In North America, west of the
Rockies.

That would depend what you mean by "grow out". You can find textbooks on
coldwater aquaculture that should answer these questions. Perhaps do a
search on some web book sites using key words: rainbow trout culture pond
etc. Maybe contact a trout or salmon hatchery in your area. I don't know
what a coop is but since they're providing the fish don't they have
information on this sort of thing?

Besides filtration, temperature and flow (DO levels) will be important also.
Do you plan to aerate your pond?
