Use a bottle, a can with a smaller opening than the diameter of the can,
a jar, the crazy things get into the damnedest places. I don't think you
need any bait. Next time you are out collecting if you find a bottle or
can submerged in the water, take it out and pour the water out in a net.
You might be pleasantly surprised when one comes out. Both Martin have
experienced the same thing. Weird but true !
