BG,
I have had great luck feeding them artemia napuli as a first
food. They can also take Moina/Daphnia napuli. I have never needed
greenwater as a first food. They are not picky. they are also the best
greenwater generators. They have been my source of greenwater for raising
Moina and Daphnia. So much so that I have considered sending small
goldfish with the Moina as a kit......

Subject: NANFA-- RE: non-native fish question

Does anyone have experience in raising goldfish fry? My wife's goldfish
spawned last week and she has newly hatched fry this morning....They're
not
free-swimming yet and it appears that they still have a tiny yolk sac.

Would green-water be an appropriate first food after they become
free-swimming?
