Re: NANFA-- biological bombs detonating everywhere

And that is probably my biggest fear. Even though I would like to see laws
passed to protect the fish and the environment, we are all too familiar
with the way the government reacts to a problem. Hey, why use a hand
grenade when you've got an A bomb? (I suppose that's a bad analogy because
the government overreacts in everything except armed conflicts.) I would
like to see NANFA, the NFC and other similar organizations, maybe even some
from the "professional" side of it get involved, but I don't think people
(general populus) really see it as that big of a deal. Except for the
members of this list how many people even know that Darters and Madtoms
exist? Oh well.

One day, it will come back to bite them I suspect in the form of federal
laws!

So, I don't know....I guess we just keep on keeping on and do what we
do....appreciate native fishes.
