Russell-

On tybee island drive on 80/26 for 1.9 miles and turn left onto polk street.
You will likely notice a large sign for River's End Campground at Polk
Street. Right near the intersection of polk and fort, you will see a small
salt channel. I caught these particular mollies in a drainage ditch that
runs parallel to polk for about 30 feet or so. The salt channel deadends
about 1/2 mile east of polk street.

The salt channel had mollies to the left of the road (if you're coming from
80/26)

There is a small pond on tybee that I never had the chance to get to, have
you?

I know that the nanfa list will not pass attachments, but if you like, I can
mail you a jpg of my map program that may help out.

i've looked for sailfins around savannah several times (and the rainwater
killies that are supposed to be here) but have had no luck (however, the
mummichogs and gambusia are quite easy to come by....)
could you perhaps be a little more specific on where around here you found
the sailfins?
