Dick,

If you have access to a copy of Etnier and Starnes' "Fishes of Tennessee,"
they have a series of photos of YOY (young-of-year) sunfish that are
excellent for comparative purposes. Somewhere around here I've got a good
key to juvenile sunfish, but it might take a while to dig it up... leaving
for Europe for two weeks tomorrow morning - if I don't find it and get
something to you before then, please drop me a reminder in a couple of
weeks.
