Humid air, which may feel cool to human skin, is not necessarily
air that is at a cooler temprature. Humid air will deposit
moisture on your skin which evaporates and removes some heat
energy from your skin, thus making it *feel* cool.

A/C's work by exchanging heat energy. The more the difference
in two tempratures, the more the warmer side will get cool
and the more the cooler side will get warm.

(Heat energy flows from warm object to cool object until both
attain the same temprature.)
