NANFA-- dwarf sturgeon

I am still in contact with one of the main men who are working with this
species. He has actual specimens and is associated with Cites. Does anyone
really want to pursue this as more than an intellectual exercise? Is the guy
who breeds sturgeon still on this list? Does anyone know who needs to be
contacted to even discuss the possibilities? I can think of a small mountain
river that is recovering from years of abuse and would make a good transplant
site.
