There was a big news story in Wisconsin a few years
ago .Im sure any of the big state newspapers would
have it archived if someone wanted to bother trying to
check it out . A fish had to be removed from a guys
foot . At some point he insisted on keeping the fish .
Thats where the trouble started with DNR .Something
was determined to be illegal with keeping it . Dont
remember if it was no license or under size or what
anymore .He was taken to hospital for treatment .
