NANFA had a convention in 1996, hosted by Warren Lund and myself. It was the
first of what turned out to be a successful yearly event.....and the first
NANFA raffle to be held which helped defray expenses charged to NANFA's
treasury. It was held at New Orleans, LA and included a free guided tour of
the then new Aquarium of the America's on the riverbank of the Mississippi
in downtown New Orleans!
Nope we didn't have any nutria jambalaya, but that's a good idea for the
next Louisiana convention!
