1) We used the official NANFA Zodiac boat pulled by 10 of BG's giant
southern crayfish, all named "Santa Claws." A little slow in Forward but boy can it
back up!

2) Jay netted 50 Sturgeon fingerlings for you, stopped by and picked up me,
then Mark and then off to Chris's. Then all of us to your house. No answer
at the door. Maybe next time one of us will think to check the garage.

3) Back to Chris's. His juvenile Giant Mudpuppy YOY are doing great. Mark
already had plenty so Jay and I took home the surplus. Chris and Stephanie's
YOY is already working on an article for "American Currents."

4) None of us have room for more Sturgeon. Stephanie is a fine cook. Deep
fried fingerlings with lots of seasoned salt and ketchup! With Hushpuppies
and fresh cornbread!

5) I've got bad news for you regarding Santa Claus. And the Easter Bunny.

I know you guys are sending me a fingerling shovelnose sturgeon for
Christmas. I know you won't let me down this year, I've been sitting in my
garage
looking at the aquarium set up just for Scaphirhynchus platorynchus. I knew
if I
set up the most sincere and deserving aquarium the great NANFA would come
down
in his Jon boat pulled by ten tiny mudpuppies and bring me my sturgeon. Only
four more days guys and that beautiful fish will be swimming around in my
tank.
I just know the great NANFA won't let me down this year!
