Where are you located? From the pictures and most of the species, you could
almost be in my native New England. The darters tell me you must be somewhere
further west though. We don't have colorful darters here in New England. No
that I'm complaining! Our tesselated darters may not be too flashy, but they make
ideal captives, living for years in almost any decent setup as long as they
get plenty of frozen bloodworms.
