I'm watching my _Fundulus olivaceus_ as they grow up over the winter and
wait for them to develop more intense colors this spring; and I realize I'm
doing that with the _F. chrysotus_ (thanks Ray!) and _F. dispar_ too. I'm
keeping them in a room right off of my greenhouse at the University, so
they're perfectly exposed to daylight length changes. Spring apparently
starts here in Huntsville at the end of February, so it's only 2 months now
I hope!

As to TV, the only shows that make any sense to me are "The X-Files" and
"Mad TV". Maybe the alien colonizers lurking in the fringes of the X-Files
will use remote-controlled eels to achieve their evil ends; poor eels! (And
of course I grew up twisted by Star Trek...)
