Native plant that do well in bog situtations found commonly in the U.S.
and/or southern Canada.

riccia
willow moss ( looks like sphagnum on land, java in water)
azola
water calla
frogbit
rushes ( smaller varieties)
cattails ( they will work in aquariums)
water plantains
ludwigia
iris
parrot feather
bacopa
hair grass
a number of other plants that are simlar to these, I have no idea what the
names are. sorry I don't know the latin names of these plants as that
would help in identifieng them. most of them live in one or another of my
swamps =)
