Okay, just out of curiosity I went back through some notes and found the
figures for CO2 generation per year.

Naturally approx. 3500 tg (taragrams) (10 to the 12th grams) is
produced.
Man made influences raise that figure to 5200 tg.

Not quite doubling it, but a significant amount nonetheless.

...if nothing else then this was for the sake of my own curiosity.
