He's also put the CARA project on indefinite hold! This program would have
provided funds to state agencies for endangered and non-game species
conservation. Also, by suspending the publication of the Fed Register, he's
preventing listing of any species as threatened or endangered. Something
that's effecting our work is that it also derails the designation of
"Non-essential Experimental Population" designations that must be done before
we can go forward with some of our restoration work.
