A few years ago on a Scout campout in early spring I think April. Leo Long and I were working the Huron River where one of the conventions collecting sites will be. We wanted to show the Scouts Rainbow and Greenside darters in breeding colors. We cought a 10-12 inch Hog sucker the bigest I have seen. As I held it up to show the boys she dumped a sizable amount of large yellow eggs.
