I'm not sure what you can find on the west coast but here on the East coast
I find alota interesting Marine Natives. 2 types of Feather Blennys ,
Spotfin butterfly fish , Skilletfish, Oyster Toadfish , Naked Gobys ,
Killiefish , Mummichogs, and the list go's on.
I also get a few interesting Invertibrates like starfish , Purple Urchins ,
Gooseneck Barnicles, sea cucumber(ugly little blob) , Knob Whelks, Channel
Whelks, Moon Snails, oyster drills, Feather dusters, Anemones, lots of
diffrent crabs, ect.
