I just received the latest issue, two articles in paticular so far are
good. One is on the plight of the alligator gar, the second largest fish
in the North America, and the other is on the squawfish ( Iknow ,
pikeminnow) the largest cyprinid. I highly recommend this magazine to
anyone interested in the diversity of N.A. fish, and it doesnt hurt to be
into fishing. They cover alot of scientific aspects that relate to fish.
they also are up on whats going on regarding dams, pollution etc. The
articles help you think like a fish, and the methods can be transferred
from specie to specie, and even from angling to collecting, check it out!
