I believe it. I've read that they're supposed to taste good. I've tried cod,
pollock and some type of hake ; they all had a good flavor to them. Since
burbot are members of the cod family they should taste good. There's been a
few exceptions such as some species of hake that aren't supposed to taste
good. I think that Atlantic tomcod are supposed to taste good too.
