Hmm, I love beer, too, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's good for me
(guinness ads notwithstanding!)

One good point is, peas (at least early peas) have thin cell walls, and are
loaded with fats. Even fish with short guts would probably be able to get
some nutritional value out of them.
