Well I am on the livebearers list also and they just permanently threw
someone off. they put his name permanently into the computer and if anyone
else even mentions him then their letter also will NOT go through to the
members. hehe. they really dumped him. hehe. I think everyone cheered.
hehe.

It was my opinion that "moderation" of this list would be more of a
supervisor-of-last-resort rather than a censor, i.e. if someone is running a
flame session he/she can be removed. That's how the killietalk list of the
Am. Killifish Assoc. operates, with Barry Cooper as head bouncer.

On our list, 98.5% of the time there is no problem. This list belongs to
NANFA as a corporate entity, so the NANFA Board can throw its weight around
as necessary. In truth, of course, that's a major pain in the keister (like
digging a pond...).
