Nicholas is right that intensity is important, but if you have the wrong wave
length intensity won't mean anything. Imagine a 1000watt actinic 03 bulb. and
a 1000 watt full spectrum bulb. The actinic might be great for marine algae,
brown algae especially, but the full spectrum bulb would be more likely to
grow all plants well.
