we school our fish here... k thru 12.

actually i too have often refered to groups of little fishes as herds...
especially when you snorkle upon a colony of snubnose or channel darters and
then proceed to try to corral them into your dipnet.

i hope your holidays were enjoyable. btw... i had quit taking any madtoms
home cause they were rarely visible... but i will try your plexi habitat...
i like your words... tactile or phototaxis... i just looked it up... you've
educated me a bit:)
it would be true then that most vampires are highly phototaxis?
