The surface reflection fooled me at first. That's why I commented to Moon
that it was so symmetrical. Then I stared to wonder why and I realized
there was just one bass, one half of the rope and the brush pile was
reflected above, too!

I took that image, turned it a tad to make it appear horizontal, and cut
off the top reflection portion. This is the

It looks like a white plastic jug or painted float. In any event, it's
tied securely to the brush underwater. Maybe an angler did it to mark the
location of Kahley's reef. Maybe Kahley did it to mark the location of
Kahley's reef :-)
