Ooooo... Learn how to clean and cook carp. I have a couple local sand pit
lakes that have carp in them (with zero pollution). I knew a guy who's
step-mom was a first generation American-German whose family had a tradition
of smoking carp. They cooked some up and it was very yummy. I just never
knew how to cut 'em up and wasn't going to destroy a Rapala knife figuring
out how ;) Boy that'll be a quick, cheap way to get meat in lean times!
