Travis,
I have not kept them until now, they came home with me for the time being.
Matt had kept one for a while in the past. Had it for well over a year, then
it had to be sent to someone else. Matt is working on setting up some bigger
tanks again. We really didn't think that we would catch any, since it has
been about three years since the last one. So his big tanks are being dusted
off and prepped. Currently I am housing them in twenty gallons, one in each.
They pretty much hide under the foam filters or java moss.

They hide alot at first. After some time they realize that you are feeding
them, and come out of the rock and wood work when hungry. Burbot are really
cool. If you like bigger fish that have a bottomless gullet. They are
unique and quite fun once they get over their initial shyness.
