I caught a mink once in a minnow trap, that was pretty digusting. Animal
world revenge for that- a large snapping turtle totally destroyed another
trap. It looked like it has been left in the way of a freight train.

I also found a strange happening with minnow traps I put into culverts over
night. The fish would all be dead in the morning. The culvert always has
some current. Put the same trap the next night just outside the culvert, and
they would be fine.
