Bob,
The lecture was not aimed at you personally. It was aimed at the hobby in
general. We have begun to be dependant on new drugs and treatments and the
reliable practices of good husbandry tend to drop by the road. We get in a
hurry to enjoy our treasures without planning for them in advance. You
experienced something that every aquarist has at one time or another. You
will progress in the hobby if you learn something from all the comments you
have recieved. For every person who actively participates in these
discussions, there are several people who sit in the background and absorb
this information. Thank you for coming forward with your problem. It has
pesented us with a chance to discuss disease in aquaria and some of the
techniques and meds used to treat them. No one is criticizing anyone.
