will someone please tell me why the yellowfin shiner has red fins?

They don't...at least not the ones I've collected. The one's I've taken from
the upper Broad in NC had VERY yellow fins.......but there's alot of
taxonomic confusion between these and the greenhead shiners. Maybe Fritz can
shed some light here.
