plains topminnows is the correct common name for fundulus sciadicus, plains
killifish is plancterus zebrinus' common name. Sciadicus are much like
chrysotus in captivity. Their coloration is similar to cingulatus, which
males of boths species will spar. Females will only go with the correct male
to weeds to spawn. If you like chrysotus, then you should like sciadicus.
They are not as colorful, but still nice.
