I have one question regarding this thread; If you are having a problem
shipping live fish through your local USPS, then why bother to tell them
they are live fish? Just mark them fragile and ship them using the fastest
delivery method possible. I have never had the USPS ask me what was in a
package unless I wanted insurance or had to fill out a duty form. Seems to
me this is a non-issue for people that only ship fish on an occasional
basis.
