NANFA-- Witches' Butter and Colonial Bacteria
Wed, 21 Jun 2000 00:04:02 EDT

I looked up witches' butter and colonial bacteria separately using the google
search engine; witches' butter is a fungus which grows on trees and I didn't
see any web pages with photos of visible (without the aid of a microscope)
colonies of bacteria. I may have gave up too early, but I'm was given the
impression that the colonies themselves are not visible the way colonial
organisms like bryozoans are.
