The real problem is that the morons can't read , they see trash dumped
and say
" This must be the place " and dump !
Additionally they leave a foul smelling
trail that other morons can follow to add to the trash. Some what like
the chemical
trail ants leave. My apologies to the hard
working ants no offense intended to them.
