Regional reps, in theory, are supposed to have that info, but it varies
among reps. For some I send the names and addresses of new
members as they come in. For others, I send them a list -- or sometimes
mailing labels -- upon their request, usually when they are ready to do a
mailing. (And then there are some listed reps who've never asked for
member info, and as far as I know have never planned an event, in the 4
or so years I've been handling the database.)

All NANFA members can request a membership directory, which is
cross-referenced by state. A notice reminding members that they can do
so is published in just about every issue of AC.
