I might also add that we found this fish in a tributary of the Saluda River
in central SC. The water was flowing pretty strong but was a little higher
and muddier than normal due to recent rains (monsoons). If I recall
correctly, we found two of these, one from an undercut bank on one side of
the stream and the other from an eddy pool on the opposite side.
