That's interesting, I have a few Het Formosas, and I
have one that is more golden color than the the other
Formosas I have. I thought I was seeing things, but
there she is, and hopefully her fry will be similarily
colored as generally het formosa breed to mother form.

I have also looked up in American Aquarium Fishes
(from Texas A&M publishing) and it states that not all
Poeciliidae do not store sperm and that the Het
Formosas will give live birth of young one or two a
day until the brood is completely expelled.
