Ja,

These are great pages, how did you find them? I've been looking all over
and found a bunch of general stuff but these are much more specific and
to the point of what I'm trying to show them. The sad thing is they
probably will think I'm some granola nut, and not even bother to look at
what I'm sending them. :(

I'm going to also try to get info from the local fish & wildlife people.
Maybe if I can find something that states specifically that it's illegal
they might be more inclined to listen to me.
