I looked at online pictures, and found the pictures to be of plants that grow
straight up from a mucky bank, where no part of the plant above the soil was
in water. Are these different species than the ones that grow emerged with
long trailing limp ribbon-like leaves, but have a part that grow out of the
water? interesting plants. thanks ___Dan
