NANFA-- 12 Year Cycles- Sunspots?

The sunspot cycle that affects weather runs on an 11 year cycle so maybe
that's related - warmer wetter years that make life easy and colder
drier years that make life harder? See if that dosen't coorespond to the
drought / flood cycles and colder vs milder winters.
