Now that I think about it, in NA, the highest fish might be the Golden Trout. If I
recall it's only found in waters that are located higher then 10,000 ft. (I could
be wrong.) It is only in a couple of remote lakes in the Sierras or Rockies. A
trout aficionado could probably correct me or fill in more detail.
