I lucked out on this deal - one of the local breeders decided to halve his
fish business and was selling racks and tanks for pennies on the dollar. I
am buying a rack of nine twentynine gallon tanks for about 200 and he's
going to paint them for me! Ask around your local fish stores, when they
remodel they often sell the old tanks and sometimes stands for reasonable
prices. The above mentioned tanks are drilled for drains already allowing me
to devise a quicker way of water changes.

be pretty creative and cater to your own size contstraints too.
