Hi, Bruce and Martin. I understand what you're saying, and I would like for
the list to have a feeling of collegiality, too.

No offense intended, but I don't think Todd is trying to be a list cop.
Lately, the list has been getting out of hand with some non-fish stuff that
isn't too interesting and goes on far too long. It's a little frustrating
for me--after a long day--to sit down to check my e-mail and to have to wade
through ten or twenty posts that don't have much to do with fish. It's even
worse if I can't get to my e-mail for two or three days to have to slog
through 300 or 400 messages, and for only about 10 or 20 of them to have any
real fish information. The process has been so time consuming that I've
considered dropping off the list.

I think if everyone, regardless of their ideological or political
persuasion, would try to tone things done a little, then I think the list
would be better for all of us.

Thanks everyone.
