Neons were taken from a hot spring in Colorado between 1980 and 1984. It's
doubtful they are established, but more field studies need to be conducted.

One kuhlii loach was taken from a Florida ditch in 1993.

It should be noted that the USGS is recording the OCCURRENCE of non-native
fishes. That doesn't always mean these fishes are established (i.e.,
