Were you the guy responsible for toilet training HRA by any chance?

I do remember those days with some fondness. Back then we would go out to
the local creeks and collect minnows and salamanders and take them to school
for science class. today you need an environmenta impact study before you
can even enter the stream. Of course here in Japan it's so much easier–bribe
the government official in charge (5 beers), bribe the fishing cooperative
(a keg of beer)–then go fishing.
