The earthworm food chain is:

Mold eats organic matter, worms eat mold, everything else eats worms. A
by-product is worm 'castings' wich is what gardeners reffer to as brown
gold, and mold reffers to as worm sh*t.

I ripped up some newspapers and placed them in with my nightcrawlers, but
