Some subscribers have expressed a need to know more about the earthworms
they feed to their fish or inadvertently cultivate in their aquatic
substrates.

This site provides a lot of information.

It describes a national worm watch program (for Canada), contains taxonomic
tips, includes a field guide, and best yet, has a Virtual Worm with animated
organ systems. A great resource for teachers who cannot do worm
dissections in class.
